Thank you for publishing my request for the lyrics to Jeepney Driver. I didn't know until today that you had done that--thanks again! The good news is that the lyrics have been found and are ATTACHED BELOW! Please publish them on your site and delete my search request. Many thanks again!

There is still some question as to who gets credit for writing the lyrics. If you know, please tell me. Also, if anyone has an mp3 file of the song being played, I'd still enjoy receiving a copy of it.
I have reviewed the lyrics as sent and made minor changes after comparing them to John Denver's original hit song. I also have requested that the lyrics be posted at the Subic Bay website so that others can enjoy them too. One of the reasons I have endeavored to find these lyrics is because they describe in a few words the entire Subic scene that we all experienced. I hope they have the same meaning to you.
